From the notice: Single lot: apartment in Milan, via Lovanio, no. 10, on the ground/raised floor of 110, 90 m², with attached and appurtenant cellar and appurtenant garage (appurtenance restriction under Lege 122/1989).

If this sale also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can generally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €726,750, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €545,062.
