Who processes your data
The data controller is Servizi Digitali 24 S.R.L., VAT number 18422681009, with registered office at Via dello Scalo di San Lorenzo 10, 00185 Roma (RM). You can write to francesco@servizidigitali24.online for any request about this notice.
What data we collect and why

No transfer outside the European Union, except to providers that guarantee the protections required by the GDPR. |
What we do not do
- We do not sell or transfer your data.
- We do not send you emails other than the signals you have activated and communications about the service (invoice, expiry).
- We contact you about assisted purchase only if you ask: with the button «Richiamatemi su questo lotto», with the contact form, by replying to a signal, or by ticking the optional consent in the signals form.
- We do not use automated profiling or behavioural advertising.
Data from sales procedures (art. 14 GDPR)
The property listings include information that courts and public bodies publish in official sale notices, because the law requires it to reach as many interested parties as possible (art. 490 Code of Civil Procedure).
- Where it comes from: Public Sales Portal of the Ministry of Justice, notices from the Rete Aste Notarili, and tenders from ALER Milano and Invimit.
- Which personal data: name, phone and email of the professionals appointed to the sale (sale delegate, custodian, trustee), published in the notices so that potential buyers can contact them; the property address; photographs of the documentation.
- What we do not publish: the names of owners, debtors or occupants, and tax codes. We discard document pages and photos with redaction boxes; if a photo shows a recognisable person, a document or a number plate, we remove it or blur it as soon as you tell us.
- Why and on what basis: to inform potential buyers, the same purpose as legal advertising; the basis is legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- How long: the listing and its photos remain online for up to 90 days after the sale date, then they are removed.
- Your rights: if a piece of data concerns you, you can object to its publication or ask for it to be corrected or deleted from the page Report an error or request removal, or by writing to us. We reply within 48 working hours and, for personal data, we immediately hide the listing's photos.
The reports you send us from that page (text and optional email) are used only to handle your request and are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing. Just send an email to francesco@servizidigitali24.online: we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking or profiling cookies. Details, including the OpenStreetMap map and the Google Maps and YouTube content that open only if you start them, are in the cookies page.
