From the notice: plot of agricultural land totalling 13,090 m² in the land register, located in the Municipality of Paese (TV), in Via Giovanni Gasparini.

If this sale also gets no bids, the judge can generally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €45,000, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €33,750. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.

You can bid online, with certified email (PEC) and digital signature on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche), or by sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office: at the auction, bidding takes place in the room or remotely. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €45,000.

4. Auction on Tuesday 19/01/2027 at 09:00: bidding takes place in the room in front of the sale delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, payment of the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree.
