From the notice: property unit forming part of a building in a condominium (condominio) named "Condominio Sonia" located in the municipality of Ormelle (TV). And two WCs on the ground floor.

If this sale also ends as an auction with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally cut the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €70,050, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €52,538. This is the legal maximum (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

How to take part

You can bid online, with PEC and digital signature on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP), or by sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office: the auction proceeds with bids in the room or remotely. Minimum offer (offerta minima): €70,050.

  1. Book the viewing via the Public Sales Portal, using the «Prenota visita» button on the official listing: by law, requests must go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.). Court-appointed custodian: Oscar Zambon · asteimmobiliari@ivgtreviso.it. You can write to the custodian with questions about the property. Read the attached appraisal report.
  2. Choose how to bid: online (you need PEC, digital signature and a bank transfer for the deposit (cauzione)) or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office (with a banker's cheque). Deposit: 10% of the price offered, as the notice requires.
  3. Submit the online offer on the Public Sales Portal or deposit the sealed envelope with the delegate by Monday 09/11/2026 at 13:00.
  4. Auction on Tuesday 10/11/2026 at 10:00: bidding takes place in the room in front of the sale delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice, then the transfer decree.

The public appraisal report, with photos and the condition of the property, is free and is among the attachments to the notice: read it before making an offer.
