From the notice: 1000/1000 share of the ownership right over the roof terrace on the 2nd floor, Category F5, cadastral surface 97 m², in poor state of maintenance - bordering Via Lentini, roof terrace room. The property is not habitable. Transcribed in Rome on 20/09/2022 General register. Occupation status: occupied by the judgment debtor. Release of the property may be requested at the time of transfer.

If this sale also gets no bids, the judge can generally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €12,960, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €9,720. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
