From the notice: Property unit forming part of an industrial-type building located in the Municipality of Treviso (TV), at Via Marco Pellicciaio no. 3, specifically a workshop with two storerooms, archive, passage, changing room, anteroom and bathroom on the first floor; with entrance on the ground floor. It is specified that there is a connecting staircase.

If this auction also receives no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €84,375, with a minimum offer of €63,281. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

How to take part

You can bid online, with PEC and digital signature, on the Public Sales Portal (Portale Vendite Pubbliche), or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate’s office: at the auction, bids are placed in the room or remotely. Minimum offer €84,375.

  1. Book the viewing via the Public Sales Portal, using the «Prenota visita» button on the official listing: by law, requests must go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.). Court-appointed custodian: Oscar Zambon · asteimmobiliari@ivgtreviso.it. You can write to the custodian with questions about the property. Read the attached appraisal report.
  2. Choose how to bid: online (you need PEC, digital signature and a bank transfer for the deposit (cauzione)) or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office (with a banker's cheque). Deposit: 10% of the price offered, as the notice requires.
  3. Submit the online offer on the Public Sales Portal or deposit the sealed envelope with the delegate by Monday 09/11/2026 at 13:00.
  4. Auction on Tuesday 10/11/2026 at 09:00: bidding takes place in the room in front of the sale delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).

The public appraisal report, with photos and the condition of the property, is free and is among the attachments to the notice: read it before making an offer.
