Dall'avviso: Serre e manufatti ad uso ricovero attrezzi agricoli al piano terra; Compendio immobiliare sito in Comune di Vittorio Veneto (TV), località Ceneda, in Via Cinzio Cenedese n. 93, e precisamente: su diversi corpi staccati: magazzini con servizi accessori ai piani terra e primo; pertinenziale area scoperta esclusiva di catastali mq. 14019, in parte occupata da sede stradale.

Se anche questa vendita va deserta, di norma il giudice può ribassare la base fino a un quarto: al tentativo successivo potrebbe partire da circa € 100.500, con offerta minima da € 75.375. È il massimo previsto dalla legge (art. 591 c.p.c.), non una previsione: il ribasso lo decide il giudice e intanto il lotto può essere aggiudicato ad altri.

2. Choose how to bid: online (you need PEC, digital signature and a bank transfer for the deposit (cauzione)) or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office (with a banker's cheque). Deposit: 10% of the price offered, as the notice requires.
3. Submit your online bid on the Public Sales Portal or deposit your envelope with the sale delegate by Monday 18/01/2027 at 13:00.
4. Auction on Tuesday 19/01/2027 at 09:30: bids are raised in the room in front of the sale delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, you pay the balance within the deadlines in the notice and then receive the transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).
