The OMI values of the Italian Revenue Agency, area by area: a yardstick for comparison, not an appraisal of a single property.
In Treviso, in the 1st half of 2026, the OMI property values for homes in normal condition range from a minimum of €1,300/m² to a maximum of €3,700/m². The OMI property values (quotazioni OMI) are the average values that the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) publishes every six months zone by zone, in euro per square metre, with a minimum and a maximum. To start, look at the median: half of the zones have a minimum below €1,800/m² and half above, while for the maximums the threshold is €2,400/m².
The gap between zones is wide. The most expensive zone is B4, the central area enclosed by the sixteenth-century walls, with maximums of up to €3,700/m². The cheapest is the rural zone of scattered houses, with maximums of €1,600/m². The ratio between the highest maximum and the lowest minimum is about 2.8. If you are looking at an auction in the centre, use the range of zone B3 or B4 as your reference, not the average for the municipality.
For those renting, the central value of the rental range is €9.0 per m² per month, the median across zones. In the rents of contracts registered with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), that is, the average registered rents, the 3+2 agreed-rent lease (canone concordato) shows €7.9 per m² per month across 1,109 homes, the 4+4 open-market lease at 7.3 across 444, and the transitional lease at 4.6 across 334. The 4+4 is the open-market lease, the 3+2 the agreed-rent lease: when you read an offer, check which of the two is indicated.
Income helps you understand how much you can spend. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), in 2024 the average declared income of the 64,956 taxpayers in the municipality is €33,134. In the provincial capital, home sales were 1,353 over the last four quarters; in the 2nd quarter of 2026 there were 353, down 11% year on year, and the share with a mortgage is 53%. These are provisional figures from the Italian Revenue Agency (OMI) up to the 2nd quarter of 2026.
The auctions currently running in the municipality are listed below: compare them with these zone values, not only with the starting price.

The OMI values of the Italian Revenue Agency are ranges for an area, a property type and a period. They do not value a single flat and do not replace a professional appraisal. A fair comparison also needs condition, floor, exposure and documentation.
On the auction pages, the “below the area value” discount shows how far the minimum offer per square metre is below the minimum of the area range. A lower value does not equal an expected gain.
