The built-up area in which the area sits is predominantly industrial. The lot is flat, of regular, roughly rectangular shape, with no built structures above ground, as it is used as greenery inside the fenced compound. Surface area 2,878 m².

Irrevocable offer in a sealed envelope at the notary conducting the sale or a peripheral RAN notary; if there are several offers, bidding takes place with the minimum bid increments (rilancio minimo) set by the tender notice.
