From the notice: Single lot (lot 2 and lot 3 of CTU - authorisation of 13.05.2025) - Sorgà (VR), in a predominantly flat area, surrounded by agricultural land of similar character, between the town of Sorgà and the hamlet of Pontepossero, easily reached via the road called Via della Giara. Lot 2: full ownership of 2 adjacent plots, currently uncultivated, totalling 4,646 m². Lot 3: full ownership of 6 adjacent plots, currently uncultivated, totalling 5,891 m². Deposit (cauzione): 20% of the offered price.

If this auction also receives no bids (asta deserta), as a rule the judge can reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €7,875, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €5,906. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a certainty: the reduction is decided by the judge, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

You can bid online, with certified email (PEC) and digital signature on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP), or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office: at the auction, bids are placed in the room or remotely. Minimum offer €7,875.

4. Auction on Thursday 21/01/2027 at 15:30: bidding takes place in the room in front of the delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree.
