From the notice: Industrial warehouse located at Viale delle Industrie 34, Bernareggio, with a commercial surface of approximately 4,500 m², for a 1/1 share of surface right (diritto di superficie) for 90 years, of which 49 remain. Industrial complex made up of two buildings of different heights connected to each other and surrounded on four sides by a pertinent yard area, properly fenced.

If this auction also receives no bids, as a rule the judge can reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €948,750, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €711,562. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
