From the notice: Single lot - In the Municipality of Roverè Veronese (VR), in Lessinia, Contrada Barco, full ownership of two storage buildings, placed one opposite the other, and an agricultural plot adjacent to meadow with a cadastral surface area of 1,008 m². Deposit (cauzione) equal to 20% of the offered price.

If this auction also receives no bids, as a rule the judge can reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €16,875, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) from €12,656. This is the maximum provided by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.

You can bid online, with PEC and digital signature on the Public Sales Portal (Portale Vendite Pubbliche), or in a sealed envelope at the sale delegate's office: at the auction bids are raised in the room or remotely. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €16,875.

4. Auction on Thursday 19/11/2026 at 14:00: bids are made in the room in front of the sale delegate or remotely; if you are awarded the lot, balance payment within the terms of the notice and then transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).
