From the notice: 100% ownership right over a property complex located in Rome, Acqua Acetosa Ostiense area, Via dei Casali di San Sisto nos. 31 and 37, forming part of the industrial property complex with an attached land plot of 11,900 m², consisting of urban yards of the plant, made up of industrial buildings, with attached shops, a warehouse and an apartment.

Online bid digitally signed via PEC on the Public Sales Portal. Minimum offer €799,200.

1. Book the viewing via the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book viewing» button on the official listing: by law, requests go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.). Court-appointed custodian (custode): Istituto Vendite Giudiziarie di Roma SRL · 0689569801. You can call the custodian with questions about the property. The appraisal report (perizia) is not among the attachments on the Portal: ask the sale delegate or the custodian for it, it is free of charge.
2. Prepare PEC, digital signature, ID document and the bank transfer for the deposit (10% of the price you offer, as the notice requires).
3. Send the online bid via the Public Sales Portal by Monday 30/11/2026 at 23:59.
4. Auction Tuesday 01/12/2026 at 14:00: if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the notice's deadlines and then the transfer decree.
