From the notice: Full (1/1) share of full ownership (piena proprietà) of a property complex with a large external courtyard located in Rome (RM), Via Veientana nos. 404, 406 and 416, made up of the following buildings on the land: on basement level S1, a den with kitchenette, four bedrooms, one bathroom and a boiler room (now B.C.N.C.). On the ground floor, an entrance into a living room connected to two large verandas enclosed on all sides without window frames or infill walls, a hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room with a window; on the first floor, a hallway, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small balcony, for a total notional surface area of approximately 438.35 m², including the equalised share of the external courtyard.

If this auction also receives no bids (asta deserta), as a rule the judge can reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €748,200, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €561,150. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides on the reduction, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
