How to take part

Irrevocable offer, as set out in the disciplinare (sale rules), submitted online on the Public Sales Portal or on the sale operator's website. Minimum offer (offerta minima): €3,187,712.

  1. This is a competitive sale managed by the bankruptcy trustee: read the disciplinare, which sets out where and how the offer must be submitted. To visit the property, contact the trustee: Tommaso Mililli.
  2. The irrevocable offer is submitted as indicated in the sale rules, online on the Public Sales Portal or on the website of the sale operator by Monday 14/12/2026 at 12:00.
  3. If you are awarded the lot (aggiudicazione), you pay the balance within the deadlines set out in the disciplinare and sign the notarial deed (rogito) with the notary; mortgages and seizures are then cancelled by decree of the delegated judge.

The appraisal report is not published with the notice: before bidding, ask the sale delegate or the custodian for it (it is free of charge), or find it on the publicity websites listed in the official listing.
