From the notice: RO): in the Comune di Roveredo di Gua', Via Cicogna no. 5/6, full ownership of a complex consisting of: an industrial plant used for production/curing of hams, arranged over three above-ground floors, with an attached custodian's flat on the first floor, plus land forming part of and pertaining to the building, and movable business assets owned by the Judicial Liquidation Procedure no. 35/2023 R.G., Court of Rovigo.
If this auction also receives no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €135,750, with a minimum offer of €101,812. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
You can bid online, with PEC and digital signature on the Public Sales Portal, or in a sealed envelope submitted to the delegate: at the auction, higher bids are placed in the room or remotely. Minimum offer €135,750.
The public appraisal report, with photos and the condition of the property, is free and is among the attachments to the notice: read it before making an offer.
