From the notice: 1/1 share of full ownership of an office located in Rome, Casetta Mattei district, at Via Poggio Verde no. 34, on the ground and first floors, with an external courtyard belonging to it. The building is rectangular, has two above-ground floors, ground and first floor, and is located in the centre of a courtyard; the ground floor is used as a residential dwelling, although its intended use is “office” (cadastral category A/10).

If this sale also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally cut the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €551,250, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €413,438. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
