From the notice: In Marino, Località Santa Maria delle Mole, via Giovanni Prati, agricultural land with a total cadastral surface area of 6,756.00 square metres, made up of two portions. Access to the property unit is guaranteed by a small municipal road named via Giovanni Prati. The plot has an almost regular geometric shape, made up of two adjacent rectangles. A right of pedestrian and vehicular passage burdens much of the land.

If this auction also gets no bids (asta deserta), as a rule the judge can reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €34,312, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €25,734. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
