From the notice: Lot 2) Full ownership of a plot of land of 17,600.00 m² located in the Municipality of Monte Porzio Catone, with access from Via delle Cappellette snc, corner of Via Frascati – Via Colonna, vineyard quality. Vineyard and olive grove quality. From the appraisal report of the estimate, located in zone D, subzone D4. Vacant, as stated in the appraisal report on file, to which reference is made and which you are invited to examine carefully.

Sealed offer to be deposited at the office of the delegate named in the notice by Thursday 17/12/2026 at 13:00: it cannot be made online. The envelope must contain the signed offer and a cashier's cheque for the deposit (cauzione). Minimum offer (offerta minima) €127,500.

1. Book a visit through the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book a visit» button on the official listing: by law, requests must be made there (art. 560 c.p.c.). Court-appointed custodian: Renato Negroni · renato.negroni@studiolegalenegroni.it. You can write to the custodian with questions about the property. Read the attached appraisal report (perizia).
2. Prepare the cashier's cheque for the deposit (10% of the offered price, as the notice requires), made out as the notice indicates.
3. Deposit the sealed envelope with the signed offer at the delegate's office by Thursday 17/12/2026 at 13:00.
4. Attend the opening of the envelopes on Friday 18/12/2026 at 09:30: if there are multiple offers, a bidding round takes place among those present; if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the notice's deadlines and then the transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).
