From the notice: agricultural land of arable quality, measuring 4.1390 hectares, with three storage rooms above it; one basement of three rooms. The first basement storage room is accessed from an asphalt driveway and consists of two rooms with a bathroom; the second consists of a small ground-floor building with access from an unpaved driveway, with a hallway and 2 rooms; the third basement storage room is accessed from an unpaved forecourt and comprises 6 rooms with independent external access.

Online offer digitally signed and sent by certified email (PEC) via the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP). Minimum offer (offerta minima) €83,584.

1. Book the viewing through the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book viewing» button on the official listing: by law, requests must go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.).
