From the notice: Share of 1/1 of the ownership right. Arable land with trees (seminativo arborato) located in Cave (RM), località Ponte Nuovo s.n.c.3. The said land is 730 m², and its quality is arable land with trees. It should be noted that there is an easement for the existing road to be upgraded, a protection zone around the Acea water well, a perimeter area for drawing water from the spring; it is free of census charges (censo), livello and civic use rights (usi civici).

If this auction also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally cut the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €750, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €562. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.

Online bid digitally signed and sent via certified email (PEC) to the Public Sales Portal. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €750.
