From the notice: Land with a cadastral surface area of 1,479 m², locality of Bivio di San Polo, in a peripheral area relative to the historic centre of the municipality. The property unit subject to the foreclosure proceedings (procedura esecutiva) concerns land with access from Via Socrate and Via Euclide. If this sale also has no bids (asta deserta), the judge can as a rule reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €120,000, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €90,000. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
