From the notice: Shop premises located in Pomezia (RM) - Via Laurentina 151, interior A, ground floor (piano T) with access from the forecourt with parking. The property is offered for sale with full ownership (diritto di proprietà) (1/1). It is in good condition, but some finishing works remain to be done, such as the interior flooring and completing the systems. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
