From the notice: full ownership of the following property unit forming part of the building named “A”, located in Rome, Via dei Cristofori nos. 22-24, namely:- ground-floor commercial unit with two entrances, comprising two entrances, two rooms behind each entrance respectively and without lighting, a corridor and a bathroom with antechamber, with an attached external area adjoining the entrances, extending as far as the pavement.

If this sale also receives no bids, as a rule the judge may reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €63,750, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €47,812. This is the maximum permitted by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.

Online bid digitally signed via certified email (PEC) on the Public Sales Portal. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €63,750.
