From the notice: 1/1 share of full ownership right over a warehouse/storage premises located in Guidonia Montecelio 00012 (RM), artisan zone, Via Colle Nocello, cadastral no. 45, of 386.76 sq m (212 sq m cadastral) with a large pertinent yard (7,788 sq m cadastral). On the same area, at ground level, there is a canopy with a cadastral surface area of 575 sq m.

If this sale also ends with no bids (asta deserta), as a rule the judge can reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €60,000, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €45,000. This is the maximum permitted by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
