From the notice: Full ownership of the property unit located in Nettuno (RM), Piazzetta Paolo Segneri-Soffredini, 13, on the ground floor of a building with 3 above-ground floors, consisting of a room laid out as a single open space.

If this sale also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally cut the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €32,858, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €24,643. This is the legal maximum (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

Sealed-envelope offer to be deposited at the office of the delegate named in the notice by Wednesday 16/12/2026 at 13:00: it cannot be made online. The envelope must contain the signed offer and a cashier's cheque for the deposit (cauzione). Minimum offer (offerta minima) €32,858.

4. Attend the opening of the envelopes on Thursday 17/12/2026 at 10:00: if there are several offers, a bidding round is held among those present; if you win the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).
