From the notice: craft workshop located in Albano Laziale (RM) - via delle Mole 32, floor S1. This is a craft unit on floor S1 of the building, with another large commercial unit on the ground floor, for which the appraisal report (perizia) has already been filed, lot no. 1. The craft unit on floor S1 consists of several rooms, but only a small section at the entrance and a workshop behind it are usable; most of the unit is unfinished and hard to access, as the space is occupied by items piled up of various kinds. On the outside there are three access doors to the craft unit, one on the main façade and two at the rear.
