From the notice: three-family building under construction located in the Municipality of Fonte Nuova (Rm), Via Giacomo Leopardi SNC (for cadastral purposes Via Alessandro Manzoni SNC), developed over three levels, basement, ground floor and first floor; in its current state the excavation and earthworks and the reinforced concrete load-bearing structure have been completed.

If this sale also ends with no bids, the judge can generally cut the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €16,500, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €12,375. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
