Dall'avviso: Compendio immobiliare abitativo in fabbricato di antica edificazione, composto da cantina al piano secondo sottostrada, interrato, di circa mq 17, locali cantina al piano primo sottostrada costituiti da due vani comunicanti di circa mq 33, locali ad uso abitativo al piano terra, composti da ingresso, soggiorno e ulteriori locali, per circa mq 47, locali al piano primo, dotati di aperture finestrate e predisposti per la realizzazione di camere e bagno, oltre soffitta al piano secondo di circa mq 18,50.

Se anche questa vendita va deserta, di norma il giudice può ribassare la base fino a un quarto: al tentativo successivo potrebbe partire da circa € 46.500, con offerta minima da € 34.875. È il massimo previsto dalla legge (art. 591 c.p.c.), non una previsione: il ribasso lo decide il giudice e intanto il lotto può essere aggiudicato ad altri.
