From the notice: Full ownership of three properties located in the Comune di Marsciano (PG), inside the Shopping Centre in Piazza Carlo Marx.

If this auction also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €18,750, with a minimum offer of €14,062. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

How to take part

Irrevocable offer as set out in the bidding rules, online on the Public Sales Portal or on the website of the sale operator. Minimum offer €25,000.

  2. The irrevocable offer is submitted as the rules (disciplinare) indicate, online on the Public Sales Portal or the sale operator's website, by Monday 23/11/2026 at 23:59.
