From the notice: Full ownership of a property complex located in Formello (RM), via Prato La Corte no. 16, within the “Prato La Corte 3” consortium, accessed by a private road and comprising: industrial warehouse. Dwelling in shell condition, at C. F. Metal storage room, unauthorised, at C. F. storage room, unauthorised, at C. F. Exclusive courtyard.

Online offer digitally signed and sent by certified email (PEC) on the Public Sales Portal. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €144,242.

1. Book the viewing through the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book viewing» button on the official listing: by law, requests must go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.). The appraisal report (perizia) is not among the Portal's attachments: ask the sale delegate or the custodian for it; it is free of charge.
2. Prepare PEC, digital signature, ID document and the bank transfer for the deposit (10% of the price you offer, as the notice requires).
