Dall'avviso: Complesso immobiliare industriale sito in Minerbio (BO), Via Marzabotto n. 8, costituito da fabbricati e terreni, come dettagliatamente descritti nel bando e nella documentazione allegata. Il complesso presenta criticità ambientali connesse alla presenza di rifiuti e materiali potenzialmente contenenti amianto e/o fibre artificiali vetrose. Le offerte devono essere presentate esclusivamente in busta chiusa allo studio del notaio Oreste Cirillo, in Parabiago, Via Randaccio 16. L'apertura avverrà invece in Milano, Via Cusani 10.

Se anche questa vendita va deserta, di norma il giudice può ribassare la base fino a un quarto: al tentativo successivo potrebbe partire da circa € 246.000, con offerta minima da € 184.500. È il massimo previsto dalla legge (art. 591 c.p.c.), non una previsione: il ribasso lo decide il giudice e intanto il lotto può essere aggiudicato ad altri.
