From the notice: Building from ground to roof, abandoned, on 2 levels, made up of 2 independent units used as warehouses. The uncovered area comprises: an unpaved access track and a modest portion of the road section of Via delle Gorghe at ground-floor level (the road also serves a third-party property built against the seized premises); an external courtyard reached by a flight of stairs at level S1. The covered area comprises: ground-floor premises, facing the road, closed by a roller shutter.

Online offer digitally signed via PEC on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP). Minimum offer (offerta minima): €17,523.

1. Book the viewing through the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book viewing» button on the official listing: by law, requests must go through there (art. 560 c.p.c.).
