From the notice: 100% of the ownership rights in 'non-residential' property units forming part of the condominium building R12C, built under an agreed subdivision plan named Acqua Acetosa Ostiense, in the Municipality of Rome, Fonte Ostiense area, viale Italo Calvino no. 49, located on the underground floors and accessible both from the stairwells and from an external circular driveway ramp, namely: parking space on floor S1 of building C, identified as int. no. M15, rectangular in shape, not separated from the adjoining parking space int. M14. Bordering: manoeuvring area, parking space no. M14, stairwell on two sides, and other and different boundaries where applicable.

Online offer digitally signed and sent via certified email (PEC) on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP). Minimum offer (offerta minima) €1,588.

1.
