From the notice of sale: Share of 1/1 of the full ownership right over a garage located in Montelibretti (RM), Via Moriconense 122, ground floor, with access from the external area shared with other property units, with a surface area of 22.48 m².

If this sale also ends as an auction with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €3,600, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) from €2,700. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge, and meanwhile the lot may be awarded to someone else.
