From the notice: Full ownership (1/1) of the entire apartment located in Genazzano (RM) - Via Dell'Acqua Santa no. 49, 2nd floor, interior 6, consisting of: hallway, living room with kitchenette and balcony, three bedrooms, two of which have a balcony, one bathroom. Appurtenances: a small cellar on floor S1, interior 2. Full ownership (1/1) of the uncovered parking space on the condominium courtyard of 14 m² 49.

If this sale also goes with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €66,975, with a minimum offer of €50,231. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the judge decides the reduction and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
