From the notice: comprising living room, bedroom, small bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette, plus hallway; the part of the roof terrace (lastrico solare) covering the apartment, about 45 m², is also part of the property unit. Unit int. B, ground and first floor; access is from Via L. Bianchi no. 109 through a driveway and a shared courtyard of the condominium (building owners' association).
