From the notice: Apartment on the ground floor with independent access from the inner courtyard through a balcony of exclusive ownership, identified by internal number 4 (int. no. 4), consisting of: living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room.

If this sale also goes unsold, the judge can generally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €31,500, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €23,625. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.

How to take part

Sealed-envelope offer to be deposited at the office of the delegate indicated in the notice, by Monday 14/12/2026 at 13:00: it is not made online. The envelope must contain the signed offer and a banker's cheque for the deposit (cauzione). Minimum offer (offerta minima) €31,500.

Book the viewing through the Public Sales Portal, using the «Book viewing» button on the official listing: by law, requests must be made there (art. 560 c.p.c.). Attend the opening of the envelopes on Tuesday 15/12/2026 at 09:30: if there are several offers, a bidding round will be held among those present; if you are awarded the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree (decreto di trasferimento).
