From the notice: full ownership of a detached dwelling on the ground floor of the residential complex located in Rome, Via Bolotana 55, with access from number 55/A of said street, consisting of: entrance, living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, study, two bathrooms and two courtyards for exclusive use: one in front (used as an access driveway from the pedestrian and vehicle gate at number 55/A of Via Bolotana) and the other at the rear.

If this sale also gets no bids, as a rule the judge can reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €90,450, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) from €67,838. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
