From the notice: 1/1 share of full ownership of an apartment located in Mentana (RM) – Piazza Borghese no. 13, 00013, ground floor (piano T), in the historic centre of the municipality of Mentana, in an older building of considerable size, consisting of a living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and a room on the mezzanine level (soppalcato), for a total of 85 m².
