From the notice: Full ownership of a property unit for cadastral use as a hotel/guest accommodation (previously a residential dwelling). Currently laid out as: entrance/hallway, balcony, 5 rooms with bathroom, of which one is a “mini suite” also with a hallway and storage room, connected by a corridor with access from the condominium landing, the property being without the hotel equipment and services for management/reception (not included in this sale lot).

If this sale also receives no bids, the judge can normally reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €433,500, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €325,125. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.

Online offer digitally signed via PEC on the Public Sales Portal (Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche, PVP). Minimum offer €433,500.

1. 4. Auction Tuesday 19/01/2027 at 12:00: if you become the successful bidder for the lot, pay the balance within the terms of the notice and then the transfer decree.
