From the notice: Full ownership of a property unit used as a workshop, located on the ground floor, basement and raised first floor, with shared access from Corso Vittorio Veneto no. 188 and independent access from Via Vecchia Stazione no. 11, consisting of a workshop room and a small storage room on the ground floor, a basement room, and a storage room on the raised floor. The property is reported as unoccupied.

If this sale also receives no bids, the judge can generally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €30,000, with a minimum offer of €22,500. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
