From the notice: Very old rural building in the Municipality of Bagni di Lucca, frazione Lucchio, località Colle della Fontana no. 11, consisting of a single structure partly on two levels and partly on three levels, accessed from a public pedestrian lane called strada comunale di Cerreta e di Lucchio and through a shared courtyard, in very poor state of repair. In addition, plots of agricultural land with a cadastral area of 1,100 m² (one thousand one hundred), located in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Irrevocable offer in a sealed envelope at the notary conducting the sale or a peripheral RAN notary; if there are several offers, bidding takes place with the minimum bid increments (rilancio minimo) set by the tender notice.
