From the notice: Single lot - Building from ground to roof, four storeys above ground, partly used as a salami and ham processing and curing plant of 2,661 m² and as offices of 209 m², and partly used as a private residence of 121 m² with a garage. Pertinent courtyard area and adjoining plots of land of various shapes and types.

If this sale also ends with no bids, the judge can usually reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from around €174,419, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €130,814. This is the maximum set by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to others.
