From the notice: Lot 2: Two rooms used as cellars located in the municipality of Ussita (MC), hamlet of Frontignano, locality Pian dell'Arco, on Via Pian dell'Arco, on the ground floor.

Irrevocable offer as indicated in the terms of sale, online on the Public Sales Portal or on the website of the sale operator. Minimum offer (offerta minima) €7,452.

1. This is a competitive sale managed by the bankruptcy trustee: read the sale rules (disciplinare), which set out where and how the offer must be delivered. To visit the property, contact the custodian: IVG di Roma SRL · 0683751500.
