From the notice: Lot 16: garage on floor S3 with a commercial surface of 16 m², located in Genoa (GE) Via Donato Somma no. 42. These documents are expressly referred to for everything concerning the existence of any charges and encumbrances of any kind affecting the property and for its building/planning compliance.

If this sale also ends with no bids (asta deserta), the judge can as a rule reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €19,500, with a minimum offer (offerta minima) of €14,625. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
