From the notice: LOT ONE - Apartment in full ownership (1/1) located in Modugno (Ba) at Via Venezia no. 39, on the first floor of the building, which has four above-ground floors. The habitability certificate (abitabilità) is dated 28/11/1996. The property is vacant. An energy performance certificate (Ape) exists. The certificate of fitness for occupancy was issued on 17/12/1998, and construction was authorised by building licence of 22/04/1974 and subsequent regularisation (sanatoria) no. 82/1992 dated 09/03/1992. 1 The property is vacant.

If this auction also receives no bids (asta deserta), the judge can normally reduce the base price by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €18,938, with a minimum offer of €14,203. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
