From the notice: Property complex used as a cattle-breeding centre of about 2,000 m², with company buildings arranged around a courtyard within the fenced area (stalls, milking parlour, storerooms, poultry houses, sheepfold, animal shelter canopies, etc.) and an artesian well. The complex is completed by full ownership, 1/1 share, of a rural house used as a dwelling and of 7 rural plots totalling 16.97.04 ha.

If this sale also receives no bids (asta deserta), as a rule the judge may reduce the base price (prezzo base) by up to a quarter: at the next attempt it could start from about €301,774, with a minimum offer from €226,331. This is the maximum allowed by law (art. 591 c.p.c.), not a forecast: the reduction is decided by the judge, and in the meantime the lot may be awarded to someone else.
